Send data from Twilio studio to Dialogflow ES

I used the one-click integration between Twilio and Dialogflow ES, built a studio flow in twilio. In that flow, I've collected DTMF tones (some digits through User Pressed Keys), and I'd like to pass those digits back to my flow in Dialogflow ES, how may I do this? I think it'll be through webhooks but can't seem to figure out how to make it work. On Dialogflow's end I need to enter a URL, but what URL from Twilio should I be providing? Thank you.
