Studio Help

Hi all - brand new to Twilio and looking to use the Studio tool to build a somewhat simple IVR (flow below) as I'm not a web developer. The first problem I'm trying to solve is how to send a caller to voicemail if a specific amount of time passes before the call is answered. Can anyone assist in building this transition?

Flow:

  • Customer calls in
  • Call is redirected to two different phone numbers to be answered by either
  • Call is redirected to voicemail after period of non-answer (ideally we would give user a voice prompt to stay on line or record voicemail.
  • Voicemail recorded and available within monitor section of Twilio to be addressed
