[SOLVED] Outbound Queue WhatsApp

Hi guys, I've WhatsApp number and WhatsApp template who has approved by WhatsApp in my Twillio account

I've setup my code like the template format from my WhatsApp template

Here's my code looks like

Everything looks fine in my code, I run it and not showing any error

Here's the body result I've capture

but in my dashboard twillio, I've receive an error outbound queue and the WhatsApp message not send

I don't know what happens. Hope you guys can give me some suggestion or advice for this issue
