10DLC Starter limit - clarifications
For 10 DLC starter the limit is stated to be:
- 3000 message segment per day (brand level)
- 1 message segment per second
Now I have 2 US numbers in my account, both associated with the same brand and campaign. Should I interpret the above as:
- all the combined traffic for my 2 numbers should not be more than 3000 messages per month?
- between the 2 numbers I should have a queue that would ensure that I don't send more than 1 message per second?
- if I get a 3rd number then the above would still be true but applicable to all 3 numbers

Correct, throughput is based on the campaign but Twilio handles the complexities of the queueing, you don't need to handle the queueing on your side, with the understanding that if you start filling up their queues, they should move to Standard or possible TF/HTTF numbers.
