Can you please help me out how to set up incoming voice call(not programmable voice call) to my browser app.

Hi there @Santhosha , Twilio Developer Educator here.
I believe you're looking for the Voice JavaScript SDK. This allows you to use a browser to receive incoming calls (as well as make outgoing calls). The Quickstart is probably the best place to start.
