Hi everyone,
I have created a simple POC that will ring a number and then prompt the user to press any key. I am using <Gather/> which will then redirect them to a URL in my TwiML bin. This works great if I call my mobile or desk phone directly.
I now need to get this working by calling our call centre which is using Amazon Connect but it doesn't seem to recognise the key presses. Things I have tried:
* Switched between soft phone and desk phone within Amazon Connect
* Tried using finishOnKey
As a bit of background, we can make outbound phone calls from our Amazon Connect to other IVR systems and it seems to be able to pickup the key presses.
My redacted TwiML is below:
