Active users definition

Hi,

A simple question and might be I am correct on understanding it but I want confirmation from Twilio too.

If 500 users are doing chat in January month but out of those 500, only 300 do chat in February month, then the active users for the month of February will be considered 300 only and not 500. Am I correct?

Try to avoid making unnecessary calls to the conversations API that chage User attributes that aren't actually visible to your users or creating the Conversations Client object (in the SDK) unless the user is getting value.
