Whatsapp - How i can check if message is in reply

I'm writing program to chat using twilio, and if my customer reply one message, i need to know what message is replied. How i can check what message is replyed?

I'd like to know what information is marked in replies. It is possible?

I have read many documentation pages, but cannot find how i can detect when a message is replyed (and what message is).

It's possible?
