We have just implemented Flex with a consultant. We are a small business, with (1) primary number. When clients call in, they often want to leave a voicemail for a specific employee. However, we currently can't send the client caller to the specific employee IF the employee is not logged in as AVAILABLE. Even worse, if they are out of the office and have their laptops, we also can't send to VM if not logged in as Available.
Is this a quirky issue with Flex, or have we set up our flow incorrectly? We need to have access to the transfer button (grayed out when not Available) during office hours. The flow for After Hours works perfectly, regardless of employee's status.
