Playback audio file after waiting music
B2B use case. We are trying to play an audio file after a business phone is answered. The inbound phone has a pre-recorded message (~25 sec) and then waiting music (~15sec) to get through to a human on the other end. We do not want the audio file to play until the human picks up the phone call (i.e., after the pre-recorded message and the waiting music). How can we do this?

Hi @ncrylen ,
It sounds like you are going to initiate an outbound voice phone call.
When the call is answered, after 30 seconds or more, someone with come onto the call.
When the person answers, you want to play a recorded message, an MP3 file.
The Twilio voice service and the Studio widgets, do not have such an option.
Since you are from Twilio, I'll give you a possible solution:
- Make an outbound all to the business phone number.
- Make an outbound call to Twilio phone number that is configured to connect the call to an Autopilot widget.
- Have the Autopilot bot respond to the person by playing the MP3 file.
Make an Outbound call:

Studio Autopilot widget:

Play action, play a file such as an MP3 file:

Say action, say text:

Let me know if you have further questions on the above.
