Easiest way to make a simple phone call to open a gate

Hey, we have a gate that opens when from whatever number (can be unknown number) a call is made to the specified mobile number starting with +372 so wondering the easiest way to do it.

1. Do I need to buy a number for that or I can go without it?
2. Is there incoming webhook I can just use eg. twilio.com/some_secret_token/call/+372xxxxx
3. Any other suggestions for quick approach for this issue?
