Error 11220

I've been recently encounter Error 11220 a lot. This error shows randomly, few times a day, but if I wait for a day and try again, it will disappear

Is there anyone know how to avoid this error?

I think this is because you are using an old version of TLS to access the API. I'd read and follow the instructions in this document to get yourself up to date.
