Account Suspension Issue - Need Help

We are managing the Twilio account for one of our Clients.

We are getting a message - “Your account has been suspended due to suspicious activity”.

We have raised the ticket with the Twilio Team twice via email but are not receiving any response for the same.

Can you please advise?
