I see docs on getting delivery status but am missing how to determine if a recipient has actually opened the sms .
My sms are sent via api and marketing software and I have the capability to receive web hooks back but can't find any details on what I need to do.

Hey @sixlevel! You can't get data on whether a recipient has opened an SMS because it doesn't exist, it's not built into the SMS protocol. You can only get status updates for the message being accepted, queued, sending, sent, failed, undelivered and delivered. You can get the "read" status for WhatsApp messages, but it is just not something you can know about SMS.
