Adding an image to autoresponder with SMS using studio

I created an SMS autoresponder that I would like to add an image to when responding. The image does not show. Can someone point me in the right direction? All works but the image never displays.

Thanks for any help or guidance.

Hi @ganton great question! Replying with an MMS via studio is possible! First you might want to check if you're not sending an MMS. After that, you might want to check that the image they’re including a supported media type, and that the size of the image isn’t above 5MB.

In the meantime, @ssengupta or @aaron_cl do you have any insight on this?

@ganton I may be mistaken, but from what I understand it's not possible to respond with MMS via the "Send Message" widgets provided in studio.

You could work around this by using a serverless function to perform the message send instead. see docs here.
