How to create a twilio bot that understand Spanish speaking?

I want to create a IVR. I tried two ways:

First I created a bot using RASA software. Then I bought a phone by Twilio and joined with my RASA bot, however, despite I set es-ES language, it seem like Twilio does not recognise spanish, only english.

Then I tried to create the bot with autopilot and I do not see the posibility to change the language recognition anywhere.

Is there any posibility to create a IVR for spanish speaking?
