How Can I set up automatic messages to customers while they are waiting in a queue?

Hello good afternoon,

I would like to ask a quick question.

I am trying to implement a functionality in Twilio when, for example we have 20 chats waiting to be attended in our queue, we can send automatic messages while they keep in the waiting for assistance, just to let them know we are working and that soon we'll get with an agent and also let them know their waiting position in the queue.

Any suggestion you may have, will be great because I've been looking for something on the internet but nothing has been relevant.
